1. Print function added. Printing to any printer installed in the operating system is now supported.
2. Full-screen view mode added. Pressing Control-F enters/exits full-screen mode.
3. Added Italian localisation, thanks to Mrs Simone Cella.
4. Added "Previous/Next File" menu item to move to the previous/next image when using the File View. Using Cmd-Left/Right Arrow also works (Control-Arrow with the Windows version).

1. Global/local setting for tools is remembered across program launches.
2. Global measurements were not calculated correctly. Fixed.
3. Images with VOI LUT were not displayed correctly on the Mac version. Fixed.
4. Fixed check in GetProgramTempFolder() to correctly skip removable, locked, remote or CD-ROM volumes [Mac only].
5. IV US images were not handled correctly by the Windows version. Fixed.
6. Eliminated crash when trying to open JPEG2000 encoded images.
